PATUPAT- one of Filipino delicacy popular for Ilocano snack prepared during summer the time when the sugar cane is harvested. It was made from Glutinous rice and sugar cane.
TUPIG- made out of finely grind glutinous rice soak overnight, grated coconut young meat and coco milk. This will wrapped in a banana leaves and cooked over artificial grill made of metal flat sheet on a little charcoal under it.
ESPASOL- a cylinder-shaped filipino rice cake originated from the province of Laguna. It was made from rice flour cooked in coconut milk sweetened coconut strips, dusted with toasedt rice flour.
